Oscars 2015: 'Ida' Wins Best Foreign Language Film

The awards are being handed out Sunday night in Hollywood.

Ida took home the Academy Award for best foreign film on Sunday night.

Nicole Kidman and Chiwetel Ejiofor presented the award to director Pawel Pawlikowski. The Polish film beat out Leviathan, Tangerines, Timbuktu and Wild Tales to take home the Oscar. 

At last year's awards show, the Italian film The Great Beauty took home the honor. 

Neil Patrick Harris is hosting the 87th annual Academy Awards, which is being broadcast live on ABC from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
