Paradigm is taking its relationships with AM Only and The Windish Agency to the next level.

After partnering with each music agency since 2012 and 2015, respectively, they will now all be under the Paradigm banner. The three firms already have been cohabiting in a new office space in downtown New York since November.

The move further deepens Paradigm's strength in the music business, having acquired other music specialists including Monterey Peninsula Artists and Little Big Man in the past decade-plus.

"Paradigm has built an inclusive culture that keeps the spirit of these independent companies alive, which allows our unique attributes to continue to flourish within the unified agency," said AM Only CEO Paul Morris, who, along with The Windish Agency founder and president Tom Windish, will retain his leadership role in Paradigm's Music Executive Group.

Added Windish: "The partnership with Paradigm has brought a tremendous group of agents and resources together under one roof on a worldwide scale. We have always shared the same values, and I am proud to now share the same name."

Paradigm will continue its partnership with London-based Coda Agency. "In working with like-minded professionals, we're able to expand our reach, resources and clients without losing our focus," Paradigm chairman and CEO Sam Gores said in a statement. "Our mutual respect and shared values make this integration a natural fit. I consider us very fortunate to have the brilliant minds of Paul and Tom on our team."
