Paradigm to Consolidate, Relocate L.A. Offices
The agency's new flagship headquarters will be located in the Wilshire La Peer Building in Beverly Hills.
Paradigm is moving its Los Angeles headquarters, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
The agency has signed a long-term lease to relocate to the Wilshire La Peer Building at 8942 Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills. Paradigm will occupy the entire three-floor, 82,886-square-foot structure, which it will extensively renovate in advance of its anticipated spring 2018 move-in.
Paradigm’s Los Angeles presence currently is spread out across three offices: 360 North Crescent Drive in Beverly Hills, 6725 Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood and 1726 North Spring St. downtown. The agency performed a similar consolidation of its East Coast operations earlier this year, moving its three offices there into a 54,000-square-foot, two-floor space in the Marine Midland building in downtown Manhattan.
"As our company continues to grow, we're excited to bring all of our Los Angeles colleagues together in a dynamic new space that reflects our reputation as a client-focused agency at the forefront of the business," Paradigm chairman and CEO Sam Gores said Monday in a statement.
Gores was deeply involved in the design of the New York City offices at the Marine Midland building on lower Broadway, which offers an array of art installations and displays works from such world-renowned artists as Banksy and John Baldessari. Other highlights of that new space include glass-walled offices and a two-story-high entryway and reception area, with tall wood bleachers where staffers can take in musical acts.
Ocean West Capital Partners purchased the Wilshire La Peer Building in 2015. Newmark Knight Frank and CBRE represented Paradigm in the real estate deal. Paradigm's other offices are located in London, Nashville, Chicago, Monterey, Calif., San Diego, Oakland, Austin and Boston.
