Paramount CEO Brad Grey Selling NYC Apartment
The mogul and his wife are trading in their lavish Carlyle home for a new place in the city as they're expecting a baby in the fall.
Paramount CEO Brad Grey is selling his luxurious apartment at New York City's Carlyle Hotel, a rep for Grey confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter.
Grey and his wife, Cassandra, are expecting a baby in the fall and are looking for a new place in New York.
Grey purchased his 3,000-square-foot, full-floor residence at the Carlyle Hotel in 2011 for $15.5 million. The 35-story building on Manhattan's Upper East Side contains a mix of hotel rooms and co-op residential units.
The four-bedroom apartment also includes a library and owners of the Carlyle's residential units have access to the hotel's amenities, including maid and room service.
The New York Post previously reported on Grey selling his apartment, putting the asking price for the Paramount boss' pad at $22.5 million.
