Patrick Dempsey's Malibu mansion is listed for $14.5 million, Zillow reports.

The 3.2 acre mountainside estate Tin House, which includes a rock-climbing wall, large lawn and four-stall barn, was designed by Frank Gehry.

Complete with animal coops and hutches, the two-story, modern-style home is constructed of corrugated metal and was built in 1972 for painter Ron Davis.

“The exterior’s simplicity appealed to me, and the inside felt very expansive and calming. Everywhere you looked there was something visually pleasing,” Dempsey told Architectural Digest.

The the 5,547 square-foot mansion boasts high ceilings with exposed beams, three bedrooms, three and a half baths, an office and second-story family room. Outdoors, the swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden deck with detached spa and ocean views.

Dempsey recently left Grey's Anatomy after a decade on the ABC drama. The actor and his wife Jillian, who filed for divorce this past January, purchased the property for $7 million in 2009, according to public records.

Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland and Christopher Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker are the listing agents.
