The 'Prison Break' and 'Goodfellas' stars join the Canadian indie

Prison Break alum Robert Knepper and Paul Sorvino (Goodfellas) are starring in Cold Deck, the theatrical heist drama by Canadian director Zack Bernbaum.

Stefano Gallo also stars as a gambler attempting a high-stakes robbery to get out of debt. The indie plans to shoot in Toronto in October.

Sorvino plays a father-figure to Gallo's character, while Knepper fills the role of a malicious business man running underground poker games.

Bernbaum is directing Cold Deck from a script by Jason Lapeyre.

The indie is produced by Jesse Ikeman and Jeff Glickman of Sudden Storm Entertainment and Scooping Owl Productions' Gallo.

Gallo also executive produces with Bernbaum and Justin McConnell.
