Donald Trump is not pleased that Samuel L. Jackson recently implied the GOP presidential candidate cheats while playing golf, and he took to Twitter to insult the actor.
In United Airlines’ Hemispheres magazine, Jackson said he has played golf with Trump in the past. The interviewer asked who was a better golfer and Jackson said, “Oh, I am for sure. I don’t cheat.”
On Tuesday, Trump responded on Twitter.
I don’t know @SamuelLJackson, to best of my knowledge haven’t played golf w/him & think he does too many TV commercials—boring. Not a fan.

Jackson is not the first person to say Trump cheats at golf. In September, The Washington Post compiled a list of people who say Trump cheats, allegations he vehemently denies.
“I’ve played a lot, and I’ve played well,” Trump said in the Washington Post article, which pointed out he is known for being a good golfer. “There’s very few people that can beat me in golf.”
In his interview, Jackson called Trump an “interesting character” who is “more P.T. Barnum than politician.”
“I don’t think he believes half the things he says,” said Jackson. In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Jackson said Trump is running on “hate,” but added, “There are some other people that aren’t as open about what he’s saying that are running also, you know, that are just as crazy, that have just as much ill-will toward the common man — and not just the common black man. People who don’t have a certain amount of money don’t mean anything to them.”
Jackson fired back at Trump during the 87th NBR Awards on Tuesday Night.
