According to listing agent Michelle Griffith, Trump — whom CNN’s most recent poll shows as leading the race for the Republican Party nomination — has never lived in the condo. Located on the 24th floor of the 32-story tower at 502 Park Avenue, the unit features five bedrooms and seven baths. It was previously on the market in 2013 with an asking price of $35 million, which was later reduced to $25 million.
The real estate mogul’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, told the Journal the sale had no relation to her father’s presidential campaign or political fundraising efforts.
