In the midst of testifying at the Benghazi committee on Thursday, Hillary Clinton was overheard chatting with guests about her upcoming weekend rally in Iowa, at which Katy Perry is set to perform.
A video captured during a break at the hearing, where Clinton’s role in the 2012 attacks on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, is being investigated, shows the presidential hopeful greeting an unidentified man and enthusiastically asking, “Are you gonna come to my Katy Perry concert?”
“I hope so,” the man says, to which Clinton replies, “I hope so, too.”

Perry has publicly expressed her support for Clinton on social media, and on Saturday, Oct. 24, the pop singer will rally supporters in downtown Des Moines before Clinton attends the Iowa Democratic Party’s annual Jefferson-Jackson Dinner.
