Rupert Murdoch weighed in on the Democrats’ second presidential debate — featuring remaining candidates Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and Martin O’Malley — on CBS Saturday night. Murdoch tweeted: “Democratic debate almost too painful to watch. Pathetic group talking nonsense for two hours. Is this the best Dems can do?”

The tweet, sent out Sunday morning, immediately received protest comments, among them: “You find Carson plausible Rupe. Time for the slippers.” And another: “Almost as painful as you in House of Commons.”
The second Democratic debate, which aired Saturday night on CBS, was heavily focused on the issues of terrorism and foreign policy, with Clinton being singled out by moderator John Dickerson, anchor of CBS’ Face the Nation, for the toughest questioning.
At times Clinton struggled to explain the Obama Administration’s approach to combating ISIS.
Republican frontrunner Donald Trump, meanwhile, took to Twitter during the debate to express his disapproval of the candidates, especially Martin O’Malley, who called Trump an “immigrant-bashing carnival barker” during the forum.
Hillary and Sanders are not doing well, but what is the failed former Mayor of Baltimore doing on that stage? O’Malley is a clown.
