Samantha Bee took to Facebook on Thursday to poke fun at the email scandal involving WikiLeads founder Julian Assange at the same time as offering up some one-liners to Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
Just a day after the third and final presidential debate, the Full Frontal star took advantage of the conversation around the two candidates by drafting what is presumably Clinton’s sheet of jokes for Thursday night’s fundraising event, the Alfred E. Smith Memorial Foundation Dinner, held in New York City.
Bee’s Facebook post shows a document on “Hillary for America” letterhead with “Jokes for Al Smith Dinner,” and a typed-up collection of bits, many aimed at Donald Trump, with notes and feedback from “H.” Bee notes in her post that she received the document from “our private fax line with Julian Assange.”

Notes on the page (from “H”) include reminders to “smile the right amount” and for one joke, to “test on millennials in the office, preferably black.”
Both Trump and Clinton will be attending the dinner, as is customary for presidential candidates. Historically, candidates have enjoyed playfully giving each other a hard time, but this year’s event could prove more heated than usual.
That is, not if Clinton takes the suggested opening line from Bee’s draft as an icebreaker: “I’m so excited to be in a room full of Catholics tonight. I’m very religious. In fact, every time I hear Donald talk I shout, ‘Jesus Christ!'”
