Former Twitter CEO Dick Costolo tweeted some harsh words aimed at President Donald Trump on Saturday.
Costolo responded to a tweet that described Trump’s urging his followers to watch Judge Jeanine Pirro’s show on Fox News, on which she demanded that House Speaker Paul Ryan resign for his “failure” in regards to Trump’s health care plan.
In the tweet, he called the president “such a wimp. He cowers from any fight, points fingers in a loss but takes credit for any win. A coward, a loser, a two-bit punk.”
The CEO of fitness-based startup Chorus, Costolo was CEO of Twitter between 2010 and 2015. He has often used his Twitter account to criticize the Trump administration, as well as the president himself.
Trump is one of the platform’s most influential users and a popular presence on Twitter, boasting 27 million followers on his personal account (@realDonaldTrump), which he uses along with his official @POTUS account.
See Costolo’s post below.
