Portfolio Ent. inks deals in U.S., Russia
EmptyTORONTO -- Canadian kids TV producer Portfolio Entertainment on Tuesday unveiled multiple catalog sales deals for the U.S. and Russian markets.
Toronto-based Portfolio said the Lifeskool channel has picked up the on-demand rights for 52 episodes of "Spellz," and another 26 episodes of "Ruffus the Dog."
Portfolio also sold Atlanta Interfaith Broadcasters the U.S. broadcast rights for "Ruffus the Dog," as well as 65 half-hours of "Groundling Marsh" and 26 15-minute episodes of "Panda Bear Daycare."
In the Russian market, the Canadian producer also sold the Red Media Group four lifestyle shows, including 39 half-hours of "Cowboy Country" and 53 half-hours of "Chef at Home."
