#SocialGathering: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Wedding Date Set on Anniversary of Anne Boleyn's Execution
And Paris Hilton gave us the gift we didn't know we needed.
Can't keep up with what's been going on in the social media world? Fret not. Here, a gathering of what stars, artists and brands have been up to this week on social media.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Pick a Date With History
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are to be married on May 19. Two significant events in royal history also happened on that day, which is sending historians on a bender. In 1568, Queen Elizabeth I ordered the arrest of Mary, Queen of Scots, which led to years of imprisonment and Mary's execution. Even darker, Prince Harry's ancestor Henry VIII ordered the execution of his second wife, Anne Boleyn, nearly 500 years to the date. Please note Prince Harry's actual name is Henry. It's not too late for the happy couple to switch the date, but it's highly unlikely at this point.

Paris Hilton Gives Lindsay Lohan Explainer
The gift no one asked for! Paris Hilton (in a $693 Alice + Olivia dress) revealed to MTV that Lindsay Lohan was never part of the party with Britney Spears and herself — that Lohan "just chased us to the car and got in, she wasn't invited." According to a 2008 Rolling Stone story on Spears' mental-health crisis at the time, Hilton called Spears “the animal” because she acts out without thinking of the consequences. One can’t help but wonder what Hilton called Lohan.
Kanye Layers on Layers
Blessings on blessings. Justin Bieber posted a late-night Instagram Story photo of Kanye West happily waving to the paparazzi in a multilayered look. A whole new Kanye!
