RAI net may head Milan way

ROME -- One of the unexpected consequences of Silvio Berlusconi's win in the latest Italian national elections is that the headquarters of one of state broadcaster RAI's three networks will likely move to Milan.

All three networks are based in Rome. But Berlusconi won with strong support from junior coalition member the Northern League, which has a platform based on more separation between Italy's wealthy northern regions and the less-developed regions in the country's central and southern areas.
