RDF USA hires two executives

Jennifer Danska, Kevin Shinnick join production company

Jennifer Danska has joined RDF USA as senior vp development and current, and Kevin Shinnick has come aboard as vp production.

Additionally, Miranda Wang has been upped to vp business and legal affairs and Andy Lennon to CFO.

Danska will shepherd the creation and development of new and current nonscripted programming for broadcast and cable networks, reporting to Chris Coelen, CEO of RDF Media USA.

Danska comes to RDF from E! Entertainment, where she was vp talent, development and casting. There, she developed and helped launch E!'s "Snoop Dogg's Father Hood," "Candy Girls" and "Taradise." She also brought Kimora Lee Simmons to Style and helped create the net's series "Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane."

Shinnick oversees all aspects of RDF USA's West Coast productions and RDF's postproduction facility, reporting to COO Tony Yates. Shinnick, a 14-year production veteran, comes to RDF from Painless Prods., where he was vp production.

RDF USA has been on a hiring spree for the past few months, tapping development execs Claire O'Donohoe and Lauren Gellert and inking a content partnership deal with Omnicom and Full Circle Entertainment, bringing Robert Riesenberg and his team into the company fold.
