Reliance Entertainment announced it will co-produce Indo-French film nOmber One to be directed by Serge Hazanavicius. Hazanavicius' brother, Michel, directed the Oscar-winning film The Artist.

Starring French actor Kev Adams, nOmber One is described as a mountaineering drama revolving around the relationship between a father and his son.

Principal photography is expected to start next month in France, and the film also will shoot extensively in March and April on the Himalayan ski slopes in India.

The announcement of the Indo-French project was timed with French President Francois Hollande's state visit to India. Hollande, who arrived Sunday, will be the guest of honor on Tuesday at the Republic Day parade in New Delhi.
