Rep: Rooney Mara 'not injured' on 'Dragon' set

'No truth' to Swedish report that sparked rumors

"The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" star Rooney Mara wasn't injured on the film’s Swedish set, her rep confirms to The Hollywood Reporter.

Swedish outlet Nojes Bladet reported Wednesday that production was shut down after the 25-year-old "severely injured" her shoulder.

"She was not injured. There is no truth to it whatsoever," her rep tells THR of the false report. "She hasn't even started shooting it."

Mara next stars in "The Social Network," in theaters Oct. 1. "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" is slated to be released in December 2011.
