Wayans takes business to ICM

Multihyphenate Damon Wayans has signed with ICM in all areas. The comedian, actor, director, producer and writer most recently has been appearing on Showtime's sketch- comedy series "The Underground," which he created and executive produces. Wayans, who rose to stardom on Fox's "In Living Color," also has starred in such feature films as "The Last Boy Scout" and "Major Payne." In 2005, he wrapped five seasons starring on ABC's comedy "My Wife and Kids," which he co-created and executive produced. Wayans also is set to star in a one-hour comedy special for HBO. Dees to Gersh

Comedic performer and radio personality Rick Dees and his company, Dees Entertainment, have signed with the Gersh Agency for representation, public appearances and overall marketing strategy. Dees is the morning host for Los Angeles' new radio station Movin' 93.9 KMVN-FM and recently launched DDN: The Dees Digital Network to distribute his content via his Web site, Dees also is known for his weekly radio show "Rick Dees Weekly Top 40," which debuted in 1983 and can be heard on more than 400 radio stations throughout the U.S. and in 177 countries worldwide, and his novelty song "Disco Duck," a No. 1 hit that earned him a People's Choice Award and was included in the film "Saturday Night Fever." Before joining KMVN last year, Dees was with Los Angeles' 102.7 KIIS-FM, where he hosted "Rick Dees in the Morning" from 1982-2004. Before that, he was the morning DJ for the Los Angeles AM station KHJ since 1979. Dees also has appeared in such films as "La Bamba" and "Best Defense" and voiced a role in "Jetsons: The Movie."
