Re-assembling the cabinet

Former National Security Advisor Susan Rice has signed with CAA in all areas. The agency will work with the longtime public servant to create opportunities centered on her priorities in national security and foreign policy. Rice served as U.S. representative to the United Nations under President Barack Obama’s first term, then as his National Security Adviser for his second. Before that, the Rhodes Scholar served as U.S. assistant secretary of state for African affairs from 1997 to 2001. Earlier this year, French president Francois Hollande awarded her with the title of Commander, the Legion of Honor of France, for her role in Franco-American relations.

Rice is the latest member of the Obama administration to sign with CAA, which also has added former Vice President Joe Biden and his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, as well as former White House senior advisor Valerie Jarrett.

Sia’s muse

Maddie Ziegler has signed with public relations firm 42West. The young dancer, now 14, first came to fame as one of the young stars of Lifetime’s reality show Dance Moms, then became a breakout as Sia’s avatar in her music videos. Last summer she was a judge on the kids season of Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance.

Toussaint comes marching in

Rosewood’s Lorraine Toussaint has signed with Jill Fritzo PR. Currently playing Morris Chestnut’s mother on the Fox procedural, the veteran actress also is known for playing Vee on season two of Netflix’s Orange Is the New Black.

Reno’s 411

Mike & Molly alum Reno Wilson has signed with entertainment law firm Hertz Lichtenstein & Young. His new attorneys recently closed a deal for him to play a series regular role on Good Girls, the NBC drama pilot from The Family creator Jenna Bans.
