Tony Awards 2015: Richard McCabe Wins Best Featured Actor in a Play

The 69th annual awards show, co-hosted by Alan Cumming and Kristin Chenoweth, was held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

Richard McCabe was awarded best featured actor in a play for his performance in The Audience at the Tony Awards on Sunday night.

"Well, this is very nice. Thank you, Tony voters," McCabe said in his acceptance speech.

The actor beat out Matthew Beard (Skylight), K. Todd Freeman (Airline Highway), Alessandro Nivola (The Elephant Man), Nathaniel Parker (Wolf Hall Parts One & Two) and Micah Stock (It's Only a Play) to win the award.

Alan Cumming and Kristin Chenoweth co-hosted the 69th annual awards show, which aired live on CBS from Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
