Doug Ford calls the "House of Cards" star an "arrogant S.O.B." for supposedly not posing for pictures backstage at "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"

TORONTO – Toronto mayor Rob Ford's brother Doug on Friday called Hollywood star Kevin Spacey an "arrogant S.O.B." for not posing backstage for photos during a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

The attack came during the latest installment of the crack-smoking mayor's Ford Nation YouTube online series and follows Rob Ford entering an increasingly brutal re-election campaign.

During a segment entitled "Kevin Spacey," Doug Ford, who has a reputation as his brother's political attack dog, praised Jimmy Kimmel as a "down-to-earth guy," who happily poses for photos with fans.

"And then there was this Kevin Spacey. Okay? I want to start off with saying Kevin Spacey is an incredible actor. He is. He really is," he began with praise.

Meanwhile, Rob Ford, seated alongside his brother, couldn't spot the House of Cards star in a police lineup.

"I don't watch movies. I wouldn't know him if I ran him over," the mayor added.

Then Doug Ford attempted to bury Spacey: “In my opinion, he's an arrogant S.O.B., and I'll tell you the reason why. Any actor that makes a living off the people that watch his shows -- he wouldn't take a picture with anyone? We were told you can't take a picture, and you can't speak to him. Who does this character think he is?"

"I don't even know him," Rob Ford again cut in.

"He thinks he's God? He's up there? That no common folk can take a picture?" Doug Ford fumed.

He concluded by saying, "You know, Kevin, why don't you get off your high horse and be real and take pictures with people?"

As Kimmel's lead guest on a recent show where Rob Ford also appeared, Spacey thanked the late-night host for making him share a dressing room with Ford.

"Well, he threw up all over it," the Oscar-winner joked.
