The Brit known for her evening wear has dressed Emma Stone, Carey Mulligan, Rooney Mara, Emily Blunt and more.

The British Fashion Awards were held in London Tuesday night, where Roksanda Ilincic took home the Red Carpet Award. The night before, Aussie actress and budding fashionista Bella Heathcote was wearing a wine colored dress of hers at a New York premiere.

We were going to comment on Heathcote's burgundy dress--so flattering and fresh, with matching lips and Louboutins and Soffer Ari jewels--anyway. Now we have a better reason. She wore this rather grown up look at the New York premiere of Brad Pitt's new film, Killing Them Softly.

Ilincic has not been in business all that long, but she's already dressed a passle of high-profile ladies, including Kate Middleton, Michelle Obama and Samantha Cameron. To add to her red carpet credit, there's also been Emily Blunt, Keira Knightley, Gwyneth Paltrow, Rooney Mara, Carey Mulligan, Emma Stone, Lady Gaga - and now, Heathcote.

Ilinic was quoted as saying, "I am so delighted and surprised to have won this award. It has been such a pleasure to see so many beautiful and talented women wear my designs this year, and to receive the award is just an absolute honour."

According to the British Fashion Awards, the honor was given to recognize "a British designer who is creating global awareness of their designs in the media."

Ilinic might be considered Britain's answer to Prabal Gurung, for the speed with which she's risen and made her brand so strong, and for her equally strong use of color.
