Giuliani thinks Barack Obama should be more like the comedian in how he deals with the African-American community.

Rudy Giuliani thinks President Barack Obama should take tips from Bill Cosby.

According to the New York Daily News, Giuliani said in a radio interview on Thursday that Obama is to blame for the anti-police "tone" that has been set in the United States. The former New York City mayor said the president is ignoring the "enormous amount of crime" being committed by African-Americans, and he suggested he learn a thing or two from Bill Cosby.

"I hate to mention it because of what happened afterwards, but [he should be saying] the kinds of stuff Bill Cosby used to say,” said Giuliani.

Giuliani is referring to how, in the past, Cosby publicly criticized the crime rate in the African-American community. Cosby has since been accused of sexually assaulting more than 20 women.

“It is the obligation of the president to explain ... that our police are the best in the world,” said Giuliani.
