Santa Barbara fest to honor four actors

Mulligan, Ronan, Sidibe, Stuhlbarg to receive Virtuosos nod

The Santa Barbara International Film Festival will recognize four actors -- Carey Mulligan, Saoirse Ronan, Gabourey Sidibe and Michael Stuhlbarg -- with its 2010 Chopin Virtuosos Award, which will be presented Feb. 7 at the Lobero Theatre in Santa Barbara.

The award honors "a select group of actors who have distinguished themselves through performances in film this past year."

Mulligan stars in "An Education," Ronan appears in "The Lovely Bones"; Sidibe plays the title character in "Precious"; and Stuhlbarg headlines "A Serious Man."

The festival runs Feb. 4-14.
