Schultheis latest to exit ProSiebenSat.1

Resigns as SevenSenses managing director

COLOGNE, Germany -- The executive shuffle at Pan-European broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1 continued Monday with the resignation of Thomas Schultheis, managing director of ProSieben's pay TV division SevenSenses.

Schultheis will resign at the end of the year and co-managing director Dirk Kleine will take full responsibility for the unit, which runs ProSieben's German pay channels Sat.1 Comedy and Kabel 1 Classics as well as the VOD platform Maxdome.

There's been a lot of desk clearing on ProSieben's top floor as the company struggles with its massive debt and rock-bottom share price.

Company CFO Lothar Lanz resigned in June, and CEO Guillaume de Posch will step down at the end of the year. ProSieben shares are trading at about 6 euros ($9.5), down nearly 80% from this time a year ago.
