The rapper shared three children with the model and actress.

Three days after Kim Porter's tragic death, Sean "Diddy" Combs has taken to Twitter to pay tribute to her.

"For the last three days, I've been trying to wake up out of this nightmare," he wrote. "But I haven't. I don't know what I'm going to do without you baby. I miss you so much. Today I'm going to pay tribute to you, I'm going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship."

Combs followed it up with a second tweet, adding, "We were more than best friends, we were more than soulmates. WE WERE SOME OTHER SHIT!! And I miss you so much. Super Black Love."

Porter died Thursday at the age of 47. No cause of death has been released. She and Combs began dating in 1994 before eventually splitting up in 2007, and have three children together: 20-year-old Christian and 11-year-old twins Jessie James and D'Lila.
