The "Beautiful Girls" singer received a standing ovation and a hug on-stage from his friend Justin Bieber.

Kingston, who appeared slimmer in a red vest and jeans, was admitted to the ICU on May 29 when his jet ski slammed into a bridge. He underwent multiple surgeries after suffering a torn aorta, which caused blood to fill his chest. He also had a fractured wrist, broken jaw and water in his lungs.
