Sean Menswear to Open in West Hollywood
Designer Emile Lafaurie's menswear line is a hybrid of J. Crew, Paul Smith and Agnes b., and is also a favorite among Hollywood actors.
Designer Emile Lafaurie's Sean line isn't mainstream enough to be known to the public at large -- but the low key Americana menswear line is a favorite of Alec Baldwin, Luke Wilson, Harrison Ford, Steven Spielberg, Kevin Spacey, Dustin Hoffman, Michael J. Fox and Stanley Tucci.
Now, the designer is finally opening a Sean store in Los Angeles -- West Hollywood, to be precise -- to make shopping for his suits, sweaters and shirts easier for Hollywood guys. His cut is softer than many European brands, his colors are reminiscent of Ralph Lauren and Paul Smith (colorful, but still masculine), and there's a simplicity to the clothes that appeals to men who want to look great without attracting too much attention -- that effortless guy cool spirit.
On June 7, the store will have a small fete for invited guests and will show their spring/summer 2012 collection. The store is at 807 Palm Avenue in West Hollywood for those interested in some comfortable and elegant summer chic, which is perfect for the Hamptons and the Venice Film Festival.
