Yara Shahidi’s Blingy Blue

Because Shahidi’s outfit was “top secret,” nail pro Emi Kudo had to decide on this look “on site on the same day,” but she was told the day before she “was permitted to use excess beads and rhinestones from [Shahidi’s] custom-made Prada pantsuit.” Kudo used them on top of painted pale blue polish (OPI Infinite Shine in Kanpai OPI, $13, at “and added hologram glitter from my personal stock to make a unique look.”

Rita Ora’s Metal Mania

To make “her nails looks like an extension of her gold, silver and bronze [Marc Jacobs] dress,” Yasuda used a trio of OPI GelColors in Comet Closer (currently retired), Gold Key to the Kingdom and Dreams on a Silver Platter (both $10.50, at “Her nails embraced the camp theme as they were so over-the-top and instead of playing neutral to her dress, they went above and beyond,” says Yasuda.
