The actor revealed in an 'Esquire' interview how the rapper raided his closet.

Could Kanye West's next Yeezy clothing line have been inspired by Shia LaBeouf?

In his April 2018 Esquire cover story, the Transformers star revealed that Kanye West once asked "if he could have some of [LaBeouf's] clothes for a pop-up shop." LaBeouf obliged, especially after West "was a fucking sweetheart" to the actor's mother backstage at a concert.

"It just felt fair. So I’m like, ‘Go for it, my guy. Take everything you want.’ And he did," LaBeouf told the magazine. "He took all my fucking clothes."

As Esquire notes, Kanye has been known to shout out LaBeouf's style in the past, like in a "No More Parties in L.A." outtake in which he raps, "I wish I dressed as fresh as Shia LaBeouf." Though the two have since lost touch, West was spotted sporting a very Shia-like cap last spring — and even if Yeezy denies it, the piece was likely the one that once belonged to LaBeouf: "The dude has a lot of my shit."

Perhaps the most precious item the actor lost to Kanye? His Indiana Jones hat.
