Crazy Rich Asians producer and former fashion mogul Sidney Kimmel and his wife Caroline have listed their 8,000 square-foot New York apartment, which spans the entire 27th floor of the Ritz-Carlton Residences on Central Park South, for $39.5 million.

One of only 11 homes at the Ritz-Carlton, this one-bedroom, Thierry Despont-designed home has been featured in Architectural Digest and offers tremendous views of Central Park and the New York skyline that are best viewed from either the home’s 53-foot terrace or a 40-foot terrace found off the kitchen.

There’s also a corner dining room, a full gym and an enormous master bedroom that has two bathrooms, his-and-hers dressing areas and a private office.

The 90-year-old Kimmel made his fortune in the apparel business. In 2014, he sold his business, the Jones Apparel Group, for $2.2 billion. His other film credits include Moneyball and The Kite Runner.

The Kimmels are also currently selling their four-acre oceanfront property on a bluff in Point Dume in Malibu for $65.2 million. The home, which was formerly owned by Johnny Carson, was originally listed in 2017 for $81.5 million.
