'Sleuth' closes Atlantic fest

TORONTO – Kenneth Branagh's "Sleuth" will close the Atlantic Film Festival on September 22, replacing Tony Gilroy's "Michael Clayton" as the originally-scheduled closing night film, organizers said Sunday.

The Atlantic festival in Halifax, Nova Scotia is set to launch September 13 with the Rwandan drama "Shake Hands with the Devil" from Canadian director Roger Spottiswoode.

Both "Sleuth" and "Devil" will shift to Halifax after first screening in Toronto.

The 27th Atlantic Film Festival will run from September 13 to 22.
