'The Social Network' Wins Three Online Film Critics Society Awards

The film gets the best picture, director and adapted screenplay honors as 'True Grit' and 'Inception' each win two categories.

NEW YORK - The Social Network won the best picture honor as part of the 14th annual Online Film Critics Society Awards.

The organization said that the film also won in the categories best director (David Fincher) and best adapted screenplay (Aaron Sorkin).

The OFCS Awards for acting went to Colin Firth in The King’s Speech for best actor, Natalie Portman in Black Swan for best actress, Christian Bale in The Fighter for best supporting actor and Hailee Steinfield in True Grit for best supporting actress.

True Grit also won the honor for Roger Deakins’ cinematography.

Inception also earned two awards - one for Christopher Nolan for best original screenplay, and one for Lee Smith for editing.

Toy Story 3 got the best animated feature award, and Exit Through the Gift Shop won the best documentary category.

The best foreign-language honor went to South Korea's Mother.
