Songs won't remain the same on this tour
EmptySmashing Pumpkins will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a fall tour featuring unique set lists.
The trek begins Nov. 1 in Cleveland and wraps Dec. 2-3 in Los Angeles.
During multiple-night engagements, for which special ticket bundles will be available, the band promises to not repeat any song on the set lists. The first night of such runs is being dubbed "Black Sunshine"; the second is called "White Crosses."
In the band's hometown of Chicago, the Pumpkins will play two nights each at the Chicago Theatre and Auditorium Theatre.
Right before the tour, the band will play Neil Young's annual Bridge School Benefit for the first time since 1999.
The group also is gearing up to release a new single, "G.L.O.W.," via the video game "Guitar Hero: World Tour," and the two-DVD set "If It All Goes Wrong," culled from concerts this year.
