Stan Lee's Indian superhero property Chakra The Invincible will expand further with three new animated television movies announced on Friday.

The franchise revolves around Raju Rai, a young Indian boy living in Mumbai whose mentor, the scientist Dr. Singh, develops a technology suit that activates the mystical chakras of the body giving the boy a range of superpowers, thus giving him the name Chakra.

The company's executive vp, creative Jeevan J Kang also served as producer, while POW! Entertainment's Gill Champion and Lee served as executive producers.

The next movie will premiere later this year, with the third slated for early 2017.
