Veteran entertainment and personal publicist Stan Rosenfield and son and business partner Zach Rosenfield have announced a new name for the company.

Longstanding entertainment PR firm Stan Rosenfield & Associates is rebranding as RMG.

Short for Rosenfield Media Group, the new moniker — announced by Stan Rosenfield and his business partner and son Zach Rosenfield — comes more than seven years after Zach joined the firm and expanded the company’s business beyond talent representation to include producers, production companies, content creators, sports ventures and corporate clients.

Furthermore, it represents the evolving executive structure that includes Katie Feldman in the talent division and Ethan Friedman on the producer and production company side. In addition to its core business, RMG will continue to expand its reach to develop media strategies and representation for businesses and entrepreneurs beyond Hollywood, as well as provide consulting services for those looking to forge relationships within the industry. Their first client in this space is Inc. 5000 company, Belay, a virtual staffing agency.

The company has hired Amanda Sprague to oversee RMG’s corporate strategies and work closely with Zach Rosenfield and Friedman on the day-to-day representations of the client roster.

In a joint statement, the Rosenfields said: “The PR business continues to change at a rapid pace, and we have built a team that understands these changes. Having a name that continues our legacy, while empowering all members of our team, feels appropriate and something we are proud to do.”

Stan Rosenfield will continue to oversee RMG’s talent division that includes such A-listers as George Clooney, Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman, Danny DeVito, Helen Mirren, Geoffrey Rush, Patricia Clarkson, Kelsey Grammer, Ann Curry, Noah Wyle, Taylor Hackford, David Steinberg and Charlie Matthau, as well as Lori McCreary/Revelations Entertainment, Kruse GWS Auctions and Centurion Prods.

Zach Rosenfield continues to represent Shark Tank’s Daymond John, Rich Eisen, Soledad O’Brien, the UFC’s Nate Diaz, Heisman Trophy winner turned Broadway actor Eddie George, and Grant Cardone. Additionally, he oversees PR and media strategies for Mandalay Sports Media (The Last Dance), OBB Media (Justin Bieber: Seasons), Crypt TV (The Birch), Rakontur (537 Votes), Medium Rare (Shaq vs. Gronk), Academy Award-winning producer Ed Cunningham, production/finance company Hideout Pictures, VIX, Hot Snakes, social media production company Crispy Chicken, Kids at Play, upstart romantic podcast company Meet Cute, MMA fitness company Wimp2Warrior and others.
