Stephen Colbert Spoofs 'Stranger Things' With a Little Help From Eleven
The 12-year-old actress tells the 'Late Show' host she enjoyed discovering items from the '80s while working on the series.
Stephen Colbert had some fun on The Late Show with the Netflix hit Stranger Things. For Tuesday night's cold open, he and star Millie Bobby Brown made their own little scene from the '80s-set sci-fi series.
Reprising her role as the mysterious telepath known as Eleven, Brown helps Colbert, who plays Matthew Modine's Dr. Martin Brenner, with his lunch, naturally.
The kicker is what Eleven does with the Coke can.
The 12-year-old Brown stuck around for an interview, telling Colbert she enjoyed discovering items from the '80s while working on the show, which has been renewed for a second season.
"I didn't know what a record player was. It's a square, it's got a circle — no," she said. "And then I played it; I'm fed up with screens now, I want to go to stuff like this," she said of her enjoyment of records.
