More names of writers and producers whose overall deals were terminated in the Monday sweeping force majeure action by four major TV studios have surfaced.

Oscar-nominated filmmaker John Singleton and comedy writer-producers Jhoni Marchinko ("Men in Trees") and Kirk Rudell ("Will & Grace") were let go of their overall pacts at Warner Bros. TV.

Writer-producers John Eisendrath, Kevin Abbott and Mark Hudis lost their overall deals at 20th Century Fox TV Studio, while the comedy writing duo of Dave Finkel and Brett Baer were dropped by Universal Media Studios.

Overall, 45-50 writers and producers lost their overall deals Monday when WBTV, CBS Paramount Network TV, Universal Media Studios and 20th Century Fox TV sent out termination letters, evoking the force majeure clause in the deals.

Another 25-30 producers were dropped by ABC Studios Friday.
