Prada has tapped Eddie Redmayne as the face of its new fall 2016 menswear campaign. The actor — who has modeled in campaigns for Burberry as well as in the pages of Vogue and Esquire — was photographed by Craig McDean rocking cool coats, accessories and one very colorful sweater, all the while exuding that boyish charm we know and love.
J. Mendel to Focus on Fur at Couture Week [WWD]
Gilles Mendel, creative director of New York-based brand J. Mendel, has set his focus on fur for his upcoming couture show in Paris this July. The designer noted of the collection (which will be primarily eveningwear), "there will be a strong emphasis on fur for sure.” The move is a natural one for the brand, whose luxury fur sales account for nearly half of its business, according to WWD.
Gigi Hadid Fronts Stuart Weitzman's Fall Campaign [Pret-a-Reporter Inbox]
The fall ads keep rolling in, and, of course, the obligatory Hadid campaign has arrived. The elder Hadid sister, Gigi, is the face of Stuart Weitzman's fall campaign, photographed by the one and only Mario Testino. The black-and-white images see the model showing off her athleticism in the brand's signature suede over-the-knee boots.
Khloe Kardashian Says Stylists Refused to Work With Her When She Was Heavier [Harper's Bazaar]
In her new feature in the July issue of Harper's Bazaar, Khloe Kardashian revealed that when she was a few sizes bigger, some stylists refused to work with her. "I was too much work for [stylists] or they had nothing in my size," she recalled. However, since she's lost weight, she notes that those same stylists now try to dress her. Her reply? "I'm just like, 'F— you. I'm not going to reward your bad behavior.'" Leave it Khloe to keep it real.
