Naomi Campbell, Kaia Gerber Star in Versace Campaign [WWD]
Kaia Gerber joins supermodels Naomi Campbell, Gisele Bundchen and Christy Turlington for Versace's spring 2018 tribute collection campaign. The ads were lensed by Steven Meisel and have a throwback feel thanks both to the vintage prints and the studio setting. The full campaign will be released Monday.
Gucci Collaborates With MLB on Baseball Caps, Apparel [Vogue]
Gucci's Alessandro Michele is teaming up with Major League Baseball to launch a collection of caps, accessories and apparel, which will be released as part of his fall 2018 collection. The fashion house debuted the Gucci x MLB caps (and a beanie) on Wednesday as part of the pre-fall collection, and they've got as much color and sparkle as you would imagine. So far, the only team represented is the New York Yankees. The idea was inspired by Michele's own trusty Yankees cap, which he's rarely seen without.
The Lions Model Management Announces Winner of Nationwide Search [Pret-a-Reporter Inbox]
Boutique modeling agency The Lions Model Management has signed Jess Miller to their roster (which also includes Cameron Russell and Kate Upton). She was a finalist in the agency's nationwide size-inclusive model search conducted in partnership with plus-size fashion label Universal Standard. Miller is the first plus-size model to be signed to the agency, which prides itself on not categorizing models by gender, size, age or other categories.
JW Anderson Is Hosting Coed Runway Show [WWD]
Jonathan Anderson is the latest designer to combine his men's and women's collections into a single runway presentation. The designer is pulling out of London's Men's Fashion Week in January and instead presenting the collection alongside womenswear on Feb. 17.
