Vogue Italia has teased a photo of Kate Upton from its upcoming November issue. The photo shows Upton looking like the bombshell we know and love in black leather and was shot by Steven Meisel, the same photographer who shot Upton’s feature in US Vogue. [New York Magazine]

Forever 21 is cooperating with the U.S. Department of Labor by providing information on its labor practices after being accused by the Labor Department’s Wage and Hour Division of working with manufacturers who create goods under sweatshop-like conditions. [WWD]

Two of the gowns worn by Vivien Leigh’s iconic character Scarlett O’Hara, in Gone With the Wind, have been restored. The dresses are on display as part of the Victoria and Albert Museum’s Hollywood Costume exhibition and cost $30,000 to repair. [Racked National

British pop star Rita Ora will be replacing supermodel Alexa Chung in the Italian brand Superga’s advertisements for the Spring/ Summer 2013 campaign. [Racked National]

Kylie Minogue is releasing a book memorializing her iconic fashion choices during her 25-year career. The book, titled, Kylie/Fashion, will feature a look at her stage and music video costumes as well as contributions from designers Jean Paul Gaultier, Stella McCartney, John Galliano and many more. L.A. shopping center The Grove announced Tuesday a series of new fashion platforms and named styling vet Marina Monroe (pictured right) as its executive style director. As part of the expansion, Monroe will bring her stylehaüs -- a unique membership service and showroom -- to The Grove, making it the only shopping center in the U.S. to offer such amenities. stylehaüs will provide shoppers access to a curated selection of upscale and vintage fashions, including a lux mix of globally-sourced apparel and accessories for both men and women. Membership for stylehaüs ranges from $100 per day to $1,000 per year, and the lounge will open in The Grove this December.

Women's Wear Daily is reporting that Drew Barrymore may be launching a makeup collection with Walmart. No confirmations from Barrymore’s team have been forthcoming, but this would be the Cover Girl model’s first time creating a makeup line all her own and the retailer’s first time creating its own beauty line. The Kardashians are being threatened with a lawsuit due to the launch of their new cosmetic line Khroma Beaut. The similarly named Chroma Makeup claims to have an A-List clientele and does not want their costumers to confuse it with the sisters’ collection that will be sold at places like CVS, Sears and Ulta.
