The anonymous buyer who purchased Jackie Kennedy's Cartier watch at Christie's earlier this week for more than $259,000 over the expected $120,000 estimated selling price is rumored to be none other than Kim Kardashian. The watch was part of the auction house's Rare Watches and American Icons sale. It was initially given to Kennedy by her brother-in-law in 1963.
Stefano Pilati Unveils a Genderless Collection on Instagram [WWD]
Stefano Pilati, the former Ermenegildo Zegna creative director who vacated his post a year and a half ago, is experimenting with a new all-black, genderless and seasonless 17-piece collection, which he "tested" on Instagram Stories on Friday afternoon. For now, Pilati is simply experimenting with the genderless concept, which was inspired by Berlin, and has no concrete plans to carry out production. However, should he find interest, the brand would be called Random Identities.
