Lady Gaga rode in style on her way to Sephora in Paris in a flower-covered vintage Jaguar on Sunday. The Lady is in the City of Lights to promote her new fragrance, Fame. [New York Magazine]

Fergie is taking a break from creating beats with the Black Eyed Peas to promote her new Fergie by Wet and Wild collection. The 21-piece makeup line includes Lasting Drama Cream Eyeliner and Take on the Day Eye shadow Primer. [New York Magazine]

Derek Lam's new collection for Kohl's will hit stores in the spring and is inspired by one of his favorite cities: Rio de Janeiro. Lam said he's "always looking to the past for inspiration, but also trying to interpret it as how we live in contemporary life. ... Rio is a perfect example of a place that does that and leads the way." [Refinery29]

Shoe alert: The famous footwear collection of former Philippines first lady Imelda is in a bad state. The 1,000-plus shoe collection was stored in the Presidential Palace's basement after she and her husband, Ferdinand Marcos, were driven into exile during the 1986 revolt. Many pairs were transferred to the National Museum for preservation but had begun to decay from termites, humidity and mold. Recently, due to ceiling leaks from tropical rains, some of those shoes have become severely water damaged. [Refinery29]

Victoria’s Secret is offending some customers with a new product: the Sexy Little Geisha outfit. The look consists of a mesh teddy with "Eastern-inspired" floral print fabric on the bra cups and crotch, plus a coordinating (and removable) obi belt. A matching fan and chopsticks are included. The Perks of Being a Wallflower actress Emma Watson posed with her co-stars Ezra Miller and Logan Lerman for the cover of the October issue of Nylon magazine. Michelle Obama spoke at the annual awards banquet for the Congressional Black Caucus on Saturday, going for an old Hollywood glamour look, and it worked! FLOTUS wore a floor-length black satin gown by Michael Kors with an asymmetrical neckline, iridescent belt and matching silver earrings while speaking in font of black lawmakers and leaders.
