Gucci's Fall Campaign Features Aliens, Humanoids [Pret-a-Reporter Inbox]
Back in April, Gucci's Instagram was flooded with "casting" videos for extraterrestrial beings, including "sea beasts" and "androids" — and on Tuesday, we finally learned the meaning behind the bizarre project. The "casting" was for the fall 2017 "retro-futuristic" campaign, which was heavily inspired by the original Star Trek series and the '50s and '60s sci-fi genre— there's even a cameo by 1954's The Creature From the Black Lagoon. The spacey ads were photographed by Glen Luchford.

Alexander Wang x Adidas Launches Text-to-Buy Feature [Pret-a-Reporter Inbox]
It just got easier to get your hands on pieces from Alexander Wang's Adidas collaboration. The brands are offering a text-to-buy option, operated by a chat bot, for Wang's second Adidas Originals collection, available on Saturday. "Wild postings" will be hung throughout New York City with a phone number and product codes; customers can engage with the chat bot and place their orders, and their packages will be delivered via bike messenger.

Princess Diana HBO Doc Reveals She Once Surprised Preteen Prince William With Supermodels  
Princess Diana wasn't just a good mother, she was a jokester, too. According to the new HBO documentary about her life, Our Mother: Her Life and Legacy, Diana once invited supermodels Cindy Turlington, Naomi Campbell and Cindy Crawford to her home as a surprise for Prince William when he returned from boarding school. William, who was 12 or 13 at the time and had the models' images plastered across his bedroom walls, said of the moment, "I went bright red, didn’t really know what to say, and sort of fumbled, and I think I pretty much fell down the stairs ... I was completely and utterly sort of awestruck." He went on, "That was a very funny memory that’s lived with me forever about her, loving and embarrassing and being the sort of the joker.”

Plus-size fashion bloggers Nicolette Mason and Gabi Gregg have launched a new size-inclusive, statement-making clothing label called Premme. The debut collection, available in sizes 12 through 30, launched on the brand's website on Tuesday and is priced between $30 and $89.

Savannah College of Art and Design Hosts Solo Exhibition for Designer Guo Pei [Pret-a-Reporter Inbox]
Savannah College of Art and Design is hosting a solo exhibition showcasing the work of Chinese couturier Guo Pei, who gained global recognition after she outfitted Rihanna in a show-stopping, meme-generating yellow gown for the 2015 Met Ball. The exhibition, which opens at the SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film on Sept. 7 and runs through March 4, 2018, is Pei's first solo U.S. showcase.

The Second Drop of DJ Khaled's Poshmark Sale Is Here [Pret-a-Reporter Inbox]
The second drop of pieces from DJ Khaled's personal closet are officially launching on resale site Poshmark. This round of items, which were posted at noon Pacific time on Tuesday, includes the custom purple ensemble ($1,800) that Khaled wore in the "I'm the One" music video alongside Justin Bieber. Part of the proceeds from all sales will be donated to Khaled's "Win More Music" campaign with the non-profit Get Schooled.
