Zayn Malik Talks His Bearded Image in Complex [Complex]
In addition to the creative freedom that came with his public break-up with teen boy band One Direction, Zayn Malik revealed that his new solo career allowed him to pursue his other interests, too. Marta Casadesus, a Spanish woman who suffers from Celiac disease, started the petition after seeing the tee in a store. She wrote, "Celiac disease is not a fashion statement, nor should you make fun of the disease because of the strictness of the gluten-free diet and the problems that can arise if you do not follow it correctly.” Zara apologized and removed the tee from stores and online.
