Sunshine Sachs Adds Heather Lylis, Keleigh Thomas Morgan as Partner

They have been with the New York-based company since 2003 and 2004.

Heather Lylis and Keleigh Thomas Morgan have been named partners at Sunshine Sachs, principals Ken Sunshine and Shawn Sachs announced Friday.

Both are vets at the New York-based PR company with Lylis joining in 2003 and Morgan, who runs West Coast operations for the firm, joining in 2004. They will board Sunshine and Sachs as the only other partners at the firm.

Lylis has helped expand the firm's media relations, social media, creative, sponsorship, talent integration and events work with clients in the nonprofit, corporate, media and advertising industries. Her clients have included Feeding America, Girl Scouts of America, Human Rights Campaign, NAACP Legal Defense Fund, Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, Opportunity International, Global Poverty Project, Bing, Facebook and Instagram.

A graduate of Northwestern College, she also played a large role in the opening of the firm's office in Washington, D.C., in 2013. Prior to Sunshine Sachs, she worked at Boston-based Solomon McCown & Co.

Morgan has previously served as senior vp of the company. She joined the New York office in 2004 and relocated to Los Angeles to open their first satellite office in 2007. The L.A. outfit has grown to 25 employees, representing a diverse portfolio of clients that include Jennifer Lopez, Tyler Perry, Natalie Portman, Andre Benjamin, Mariska Hargitay, Lee Daniels, The Golden Globes, Parkes MacDonald, Ivanhoe Pictures, CineticGeffen Playhouse, Canon USA and iheartradio.

Prior to Sunshine Sachs, Morgan, a grad of Boston College, worked at New York PR firm Nike Communications and at Miramax Films, where she worked in production and marketing.

"Sunshine Sachs started 23 years ago to service a wide variety of clients, particularly those dedicated to changing the world. Heather and Keleigh have long been our partners in that mission, and today we formalize that relationship. They are integral to our company and its growth over the last decade. Our success has long been built on organic growth, where longtime employees have assumed leadership and developed cutting edge expertise. We couldn't be prouder to formally welcome core members of our extended family -- and two extraordinarily talented executives -- as our new partners," said Ken Sunshine and Shawn Sachs in a statement.
