The Eat Sheet: The Tasting Kitchen's Bruce Horwitz and Mark Meyuhas Take THR's Taste Test

The co-owners of the hot Venice restaurant and partners behind Lime Studios talk beef tongue, profiteroles and the best destination dinner spot in Palm Springs.

Bruce Horwitz and Mark Meyuhas are behind Casey Lane’s always-packed Tasting Kitchen on Abbot Kinney, as well as the chef’s about-to-bow downtown L.A. gastropub The Parish and Melrose Ave. pasta pad Itri. But for the past nine years their day job has been running Lime Studios, a post-production sound facility in Santa Monica that mixes audio for TV commercial clients like Nike, Microsoft and Sprint.
