The singer made the donation through baby Ayden’s GoFundMe page.

Taylor Swift has donated $50,000 to her dancer’s infant nephew who is battling cancer. The donation, signed "Taylor Swift" was made on Wednesday, less than a day after the GoFundMe page went live.

"Baby Ayden, I’m lucky enough to perform with your uncle Toshi on tour," Swift’s message on the site reads. "All of us are praying for you and your mama and sending so much love your way."

According to the GoFundMe page set up for the child, baby Ayden is 13 months old and was diagnosed with cancer two days ago. The page asks for donations in order to provide the child’s mother with financial support.

Swift is in the middle of her 1989 World Tour. Her backup dancer, Kim Toshi Davidson, posted an Instagram photo of his nephew whom he calls "Lil Toshi."

Earlier this year Swift announced via Tumblr that her mom, Andrea, had been diagnosed with cancer.

The singer has donated large sums of money to various causes in the past. In July she became the largest donor in GoFundMe’s history when she donated $50,000 to a young girl battling leukemia. In addition, all proceeds from her "Wildest Dreams" music video are being donated to the African Parks Foundation of America (APFA).
