Justin Timberlake, Selena Gomez, Lisa Kudrow Join Taylor Swift Onstage for Final L.A. Show
Swift performed "Smelly Cat," "Good for You" and "Mirrors" with her guests.
Taylor Swift invited Justin Timberlake, Selena Gomez and Lisa Kudrow onstage with her on Wednesday. Fans lucky enough to have a ticket for Swift’s fifth and final show at L.A.’s Staples Center witnessed a pop-collab overload, with Timberlake, Gomez and Kudrow taking guest turns at the mic.
Swift and Timberlake joined forces for a performance of the former 'N Sync star’s 2013 hit "Mirrors" that will be long remembered by everyone in the house — including Timberlake. “So Justin hasn’t performed since he became a dad, so I’m just honored that this is his first performance,” Swift told the audience, according to Vanity Fair.
The U.S. leg of Taylor’s 1989 World Tour hasn’t just been about the hits. The blockbuster trek has been framed with a theme of friendship, and a seemingly endless lineup of Swift's celebrity friends have joined her onstage. Fellow #Squad member Selena Gomez had her turn at the sold-out Staples Center show, teaming with Swift for a performance of Gomez's recent hit “Good for You.”
Finally, Lisa Kudrow took the stage with Swift to perform Kudrow's famous song from Friends, "Smelly Cat," as the duo strummed on their guitars.
Swift shattered the venue's record on Saturday when she performed her 16th sold-out show at the arena.
